Study: Just finished 'Gates of Fire' by Stephen Pressfield and started 'Walking with the Poor' again.
Plan: Just get a steady schedule. Plan meetings this week and major tasks.
Action: Walk it out! Hit the field! DO DO DO. I am in such a DO mode I can't even hardly handle it!

Thanks Chad! There's always next time :)
I hope you are settling into your new place well. It's awesome seeing everyone's progress over just 3 months. Rock on!
Fitness: Took a rest day today and taught class last night, so having a bit of a dip in my fitness.
Study: Real Estate Exam
Planning: To do list review
Action: Work through all practice tests and get done necessary to do's
Fitness: 5km run, 40 burpees, 40 squats, 40 hand-stand push ups (assisted of course!), 60 *Liz push ups (what are those couch push-up thingies called?!...lol)
study: WWTP, 7 Habits, Goals

NB- must get a better schedule or routine of some kind together!
action: being conscious of my choices and responsible for my actions!
FITNESS: Work out with Liz. We've scaled back based on the drop in energy level I experienced a few weeks back. (It seems I burned through the energy reserves I had been building up! It was fun, but time to be a bit more judicious about building up and "spending" my reserves.) The cool thing is that even though we've "scaled back", I am still able to do quite a bit and am seeing (and feeling!) the results. Booyah!
STUDY: Start "Lord Disciple Me" and "Be a People Person"
PLAN: MITs for today: 1) Finance tasks, 2) Declutter 1/2 hour, 3) Finish laundry, 4) Plan rest of day. =)
APPOINTMENTS: Miss Liz at 3:30!
ACTION: Just Be.
I haven't posted a monthly overview, but am thinking it through and will post soon. My mind has actually been shifting to the next 10 years. Odd for me to think that far in advance. I take it as a goooood sign! I'm also in awe of how much I have fallen in love with where I am in life today. I feel "balanced" and "poised."
