Fitness: Did CF today. Got 150lbs. Studied: read 'The Alchemist' in full. Meant a lot to me regarding chasing passion, and DOING. Plan: read my Top 100 goals. Need to re-evaluate my central mission. (being changed by The Alchemist.) Apply: I started a major site I needed to start.
Fitness: Did CF today and got 205 on high weight, but was a little sloppy on form Studied: Listened to some Jack Frost audio, to maintain clarity on some soul healing principles Plan: Reviewed my weeks goals and daily task list Action: Taking action on some business activity today that I have avoided for a week or so.
Fitness: Heavy leg workout. Studied: The Bible- John 8:36 was my main reading and verse to ponder... Our spirit has been united with God and not just merged into Him, but made one with Him and we are free from the inside to the outside. Thus, we need to rely on God to produce the abundant life that He has for us and live in obedience in what His Word says. As well as, what the Holy Spirit is speaking to us in regards to life goals. Plan: Today was landscaping and cleaning up a few yards. Tonight is blogging, preparing for nutrition client tomorrow, and reading. Action: Continue to move forward. Fitness: CFit - failed at 18:37 because of knee (ongoing knee issue for years, and there was lots of running.) BUT, 5 rounds; 13, 15, 15, 16, 5, X (# of pull-ups.) If you are confused, check out www.crossfit.com.
Study: Reviewing my goals. Reading 'Tribes' by Seth Godin and reviewing '7 Habits'.
Plan: Reviewing Goals, and, during work, laying out what is the top 20% of things that I can do after work to push the site forward, as well as my over-arching goals.
Apply: work, keep refining the success site, contact my partners on my other sites, and before bed plan my work for Thursday, which I have off.
Fitness: Did CF today, was feeling a little worn out thank goodness tomorrow is rest day. 20 min. of 6 rounds and 70 pull ups. Enjoyed working out with Carrie and Amanda this morning. You girls rock!
Study: Have to finish first family reading assignment "7 Habits of Highly Effective Families" for meeting tomorrow night.
Plan: Meeting with business partner today for reviewing strategic business planning, and also have reviewed my year goals at a glance today.
Action: Going to make several calls back to clients that I have been slow to respond. Working on integrity with my phone communication. Probably going to work on some Successfit stuff this evening.
