Hidey ho!

I haven't posted for a few days. Been caught up in revelation and, well, "doing life!"

It has been a productive few days. Worked out under Liz's instruction yesterday and today (learned my bod does NOT like back to back high-activity days - rest days are important!). Love the feeling of getting stronger and stronger. YAY!

Starting a new nutrition/eating plan next week (a la Liz!). I'm excited and committed...woohooo!

I feel like I am poised on the edge of a cliff (not too high up, but high enough!) and am about to juuuuuuump forward in faith. =) Just...do...it...!!!

Going to go and veg so I can crawl into bed soooooon!

Hey guys... Hope everyone has a beautiful Weekend and that we don't get blasted with rain! We have had a lot of successfit successes offline this week with a lot of local people getting revived to work on their goals and vision in life. Grant has put some polishing touches on the Goals setting system and I think it really has done well in helping people get there goals together and organized.

Thanks for the support team!

Chad

That is exciting news! Things this part of the world are rocking also, and it´s been so easy! One of my friends has reviewed goals and we are looking at putting some studying material together for her as this is huge on her goals! Another friend is moving into writing more! He lives in Spain and has already written beautiful short pieces... we are putting a blog up for him to start writing weekly and work out on other 5 year goals for him. SInce I´ve been inspired by successfit and changed, it has influenced everyone around me in small or big ways... amazing how it just HAPPENS though. I love seeing people fired up and moving into their days with more hope and passion!

All thanks to Successfit!

(I say this knowing I havent been diligent in posting, but the transformation IS consistent and happening everyday, week, month.. one step at a time!)

Peace!

PS-Grant, would love to hear about your polished new goal system... always adjusting mine and helps getting ideas :)

Fitness: lots and lots of swimming and walking!!!

study: finished Catcher in the Rye today... considering Terry Pratchett for rest of holiday.

plan: what´s that!? I am so going with the flow, I AM the flow! Seriously, I don´t even know what day or time it is... it´s so darn hot I feel like a peri peri chicken on the grill... so honestly, my plan is to stick my head in the freezer for a few minutes just now. When Charlie and Paolo get back from work we´ll probably eat the ice cream that´s in there. Or maybe I´ll swap the freezer for a cold shower right now. Not the ice cream though! :)

action: freezer first, then shower...and ice cream... its a tough life! lol

Hey everyone, I am starting to get settled again with work and routine, so I will be pushing forward with knocking out some more of the SuccessFit material. It seems that we have got a lot of great responces with the Top 100 goals system, and going to work that program into the daily habits. I feel like we can be a month or so away from launching an organized system that will self propel itself in helping people. Thank you all for continued support.

Fitness: Always crossfitting everyday between 530 and 700
Study: Working on Real Estate Exam to be a Realtor
Plannning: Running my project management system

ok....so it's july!! but we don't have a july board so i'm posting here =).
last week i didn't post at all, and noticed that my lack of intentionality and accountability made for a more difficult week, and for a looser "leash" on myself. i DON'T want that to be this week too. so i'm starting it off right, putting some thought into it, and looking forward to a successful, disciplined, yet fun week!!!
