FITNESS: None, still. Went through the weekend with a cricked neck. Much better now.

STUDY: E-book on Blogging today. Bible.

PLAN: Planned some tasks. Wish I spent more time last night going over it.

ACTION: Work. Maybe pick nathan up from airport. Calls to client. Read e-Book. Plan the rest of the week including my move.

Fitness/Health: Execute my daily habits to built routines.

Study: O. Chambers and the Word; The Love Dare (Day 1)

Plan: Work my routines checklist. MITs for day: 1) Work with Nancy, 2) Misc home tasks, 3) Wash snow-bibs we borrowed for ski trip, 4) Register for Saturday's conference. .

Action: Trust. Be in the moment. Answer God's call.

Howsit!

How encouraging you guys are, it's always a kick up the bum when i slack and read your posts! Sheesh!

ok, so I'm officially BACK!!! sheesh! Feeling MUCH better and ready to "start again". Over the weekend I thought of just dropping all planning, dreaming and the whole process.... since i've started the whole process, it's just drained me out... all this THINKING lol?!?! I'm done pushing certain goals... I feel like scratching everything and starting again... I guess instead of quitting, I just need to refine and change a few things and really look at the things in quadrant 2 that need attention and be more aware of the things consuming my time and energy... still figuring it out and learning... but at a pace that I can handle and actually work with.

SO... today is all about planning the week, and the week is all about refining goals! I will focus on fitness this week, really need to get back on that!!!! Need to get into a better routine that's more productive!

Alright...here we go...

FITNESS: Think I'm going to do the workout that Liz and I had planned to do yesterday. We gave up on the workout after being exhausted from moving all day. But today is a new day and I'm hoping to muster up the energy for it =).

STUDY: Studying Abnormal Psychology today. Have to get through some material before taking a test later this week.

PLAN: Workout. Study. Call contact re. Kayak guiding trip tomorrow. Meeting with Pastor Craig at Vine. More study. Work 5pm to 11pm. BED!

ACTION: Practice everything. Be fully present.

Yup...did the workout! It was exhausting but a fun challenge. Decided not to ride my bike to the gym, but will ride my bike to FPC later to meet up with Pastor Craig =).

Plan: Work my routines checklist. MITs for day: 1) Go and get kitty medication (done), 2) Print pet instructions for mom-in-law (she's watching them when we are gone), 3) Prepare info for claim appeal for BCBS (look OUT BCBS!), 4) Clean up iTunes playlists and sync

Action: Trust. Be in the moment. Answer God's call.

I am flat out exhausted. There...I said it "out loud" and now am determined to get back on track with napping and more sleep! *whip-crack!*
