fitness: ran, and went crazy doing cartwheels etc. =)

study: Oswald, Ephesians, Walking With The Poor and basic Creole

plan: full day with Sarah today... do THAT and finish Haiti personal info doc, read, Creole (need to sort something better out for time-management, to be more productive...)

Brien is listening to a great time management book on audio. I will ask him what it is. Also look at zenhabits.net...they have some really great and simple ideas. I am loving their site!

Fitness/Health: Execute my daily habits to built routines.

Study: O. Chambers and the Word; The Love Dare (Day 3)

Plan: Work my routines checklist. MITs for day: 1) Laundry for trip, 2) Prepare claim appeal for BCBS, 3) Put flea stuff on doggies, 4) Prep and send newsletter, 5) Fix iPod playlists and sync (this may wait till Chicago).

Appointment: Work with Nancy this afternoon at 3pm. Last day, then we work out a summer schedule that will be a lot less hours (boo-hiss for $$, but yippee-yahoo for time!). =)

Action: Trust. Be in the moment. Answer God's call.

Fitness: run, push ups (figuring out a good way to get better posture for squats... yay)

study: John 16 (AMAZING!!), Oswald, God Chasers...

plan: housework, work, during time off, i will chill in the sun and do more God Chasing and Creole! Simple day.

action: be joyful! PEACE!

FITNESS: Dr. Mike still has be chillin' off of working out. Just resting.

STUDY: Atlas Shrugged. Bible.

PLAN: My pc is shot, so all of my tasks ans plans are lost in digital world. So I need to start over right now with just a pen and paper.

ACTION: Train my client. Read. Plan out the next month. Work to close. Maybe throw a nap in there.

Fitness/Health: Execute my daily habits to built routines. Worked out with Elizabeth, who kicked up the cardio a notch! I feel GREAT!

Plan: Work my routines checklist. MITs for day: 1) Call regarding products (check), 2) Go to Dr. for supplements (check), 3) Order supplements online, 4) Pack!, 5) Shower (yep...had to put that in here), 6) Print pet instructions for while we are gone, 7) Fix playlists and sync iPod.

The time management audio that Brien is listening to is Eric Lofton's Time Management. I did a quick Google search, but couldn't find him. Maybe I have the name spelled wrong..? Anyhoo, we have the audio and I could send the mp3's to whoever may want 'em. I think there are 26 short files so email should work. Lemme know...
