FITNESS: 10 minute Elliptical warmup, then did a modified Cindy with Liz and Grant. It was a full Cindy, and we added a set of 15 sit-ups per round. I finished 10 rounds =).
STUDY: Don't know today. No school stuff, but hopefully some personal study.
PLAN: Laundry. Workout. Shower. Go to Tampa with Liz! We're going to Ikea and Bill Jackson's Outdoor Outfitters. Then back home at some point, and a possible game night tonight =).

Went to a healing conference called "Lord Heal Me." It was absolutely amazing. My heart was touched, my mind was stretched (so much so that I have another migraine), and I will never be the same. =)
So much to process...all in good time (His timing!).
Going to walk the dogs with my hubby, pack some more for my trip, and then shower and sleeeeep.
Fitness: run this AM, starting to catch up again (damn, it's getting hot out there!-HELLO summer!)! yay

plan: work. plan the rest of the week/month (urgents/importants... and look out to rest of the year and look at goals...). Chase down my passport!!! Get in touch with some contacts back home for property updates/options... phonecalls, quiet.
action: I find that as I exercise again and get back on track with that, I am more encouraged to tackle the rest of my goals again (I was really in a slump 2 weeks ago!!)... I hold everything lightly as I wait for direction from God, but obediently GO INTO whatever he lays before me right now, focusing on what I can do and who I am today...

FITNESS: Spin class today! First one I've ever gone to - it was fun and definitely hard. Now that I know what to expect, I think I'll be able to push myself harder next week =). Did some abs after Spinning too.
STUDY: The Essential Sea Kayaker by David Seidman, and Clean Eating Magazine. Also working on my Issues in Sports and Society online class today.
PLAN: Workout. Appointment with Dr. Mike! Do a bunch of random little tasks. Finish reviewing my May budget, and set myself up for June. Study. Work 6 to 11 pm tonight. SLEEEEP!

By absolute miracle, we found my passport!!! Our domestic worker was walking to our house and found a piece of paper in a bush the street down from the house (and there is usually loads of trash thrown into bushes... but she happened to feel the need to pick that one up?!)... anyway, she saw my name on it and gave it to my mom. Without that paper, we wouldn't be able to get the passport.. it would take weeks and I probably would've missed Florida and Haiti trip!!! SCARY AMAZING AWESOME! Thank you God!!!!

PLAN: groceries. vegetable stand. ebay shipping. bank. work 11am to 5pm. talk to my manager about doing a food drive among Starbucks partners. workout. home to relax, get a few more tasks done, and eat yummy food =).

plan: check out more clips on crossfit, finish God Chasers, dream day today (big picture!!!... found out several new things this morning that leave me even more "stranded" for next year, "safety nets" are gone... so, have to look at and budget for these unforeseen circumstances... scared and excited... scared more than excited right now- hence BIG PICTURE today!!!!!lol It is GOOD!!!!)
