FITNESS: Layin' low today. Worked out yesterday (Day #2 of water fast) and paid for it. Had a really hard time making it through my shift at work with enough energy.

STUDY: Working through establishing a list of Core Values. I've been wanting to do this for a while, and now I have some free time...so IT'S TIME baby!!!

PLAN: Met with Pastor Craig from Vine this am. Had a great and very HONEST conversation. Talked about me. Life. Vine. Went really well. Home now to relax for the afternoon, watch some Biggest Loser and work on Core Values. Then off to work from 3 to 9pm.

ACTION: Rest. Reflect. Relax. Zoom out and work on these core values.

Studied: Reading the Word.

Plan: Quiet Time, workout, work, reading and more studying this evening.

Action: To stay focused, productive, and moving in the direction God is leading.

Fitness/Health: Execute my daily habits to built routines.

Study: O. Chambers and the Word; Reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy as entertainment/rest my mind.

Plan: Work my routines checklist. MITs for day: 1) Get sun (15 mins), 2) Publish weekly newsletter 3) Move some stuff to the back room, 4) Make chili, 5) Type CR notes and distribute, 6) Make payment for airline tix (Chicago trip). (Work in order of priority, stop when need to and defer to tomorrow if need be.)

Appointment with Dr. Mike today!

Action: Trust. Be in the moment. Answer God's call.

While typing my plan above, I realized how very good it feels to know that I am being purposeful each day. I am actually building integrity with myself! I set a plan out of what I would like to achieve each day and have systematically accomplished the most important things while pacing myself. LIBERATION!

INDEED! I'm feelin' it! (And this 1-6 thing is really workin' for me to quiet my mind and allow me to apply myself to the MIT at hand!!)

And another update: 1st appointment with Dr. Mike at ASC (where Elizabeth works) ROCKED. I love the integrated wellness approach. It blends well with my personal beliefs about wellness at this point. My first appointments with Elizabeth are Tuesday and Thursday of next week. I am PSYCHED!!!

God is good. He is soooo...flippin'...GOOD!!!! (I have goosebumps on my goosebumps even tho I just came in from being out in the sweltering (for me) heat! Happy happy joy joy!!!

FITNESS: Biked 4 miles to gym. Upper body, back and abs at gym. KILLED IT. Ears popping...almost puking....must have been a decent workout =).

STUDY: One of my May goals is to read my Bible more often. Starting with Philippians...would like to do Chapter 1 before going to sleep tonight.

PLAN: Workout. Grocery List. Pay summer tuition. Pay part of USF Parking Citations. Budget updates. Pickup Ebay sales items from a friend. Dinner with Mickey and her Mom, Liz, Chad, Nick. Strategizing and pondering with Liz about nutrition and fitness for the summer.

ACTION: All of the above. But mostly....REST, RELAX, RECOVER, RENEW.

**Been thinking about the Law of Inertia this week - basically that an object in motion wants to stay in motion, and an object at rest wants to stay at rest. Contemplating this in relation to my life. Hopefully more thoughts to come on this....

I like the inertia concept as applied to life in general and look forward to hearing more of your thoughts on this! (And how "rest" factors in as motion rather than literally "at rest"...hmmmm...)

May I ask what draws you to Phillipians as the place for you to start reading?

And yes...that sounds like a KILLER workout! You must feel quite satisfied (if you are done feeling like you are going to puke, that is!). =)

I do, too. It is intriguing! I wonder what the application is exactly. (P.S. I just jumped to Philippians last night myself!)
