I can't express enough how, as time has gone on, I have found that if I miss the fitness component, the other blocks tumble a bit, too. I derive some amount of clarity from it!
Tell us how you are doing in the areas of:
1. Fitness
2. Study
3. Planning
4. Action
Fitness: Heading to the gym at 9 for, most likely, a filthy 50.
Study: Read Bible, 7 Habits, and finish Thrive.
Plan: Doing it now! Although, I also had a small bit of a Sunday Roles & Goals session
Action: 1. Study, Journal, Write 1,000. 2. Gym. 3. Break down some ideas for the Underground. 4. Brainstorm documents I already have completed that I could use for each web biz. 5. Plan Tue/Wed.
Fitness: CrossFit WOD in the AM and completed 12 rounds:
"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Studied: Being authentic and acting on it, reading the Bible, As a Man Thinketh by: James Allen, Understanding Your Potential by: Myles Munroe, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by: Stephen Covey.
Plan: Quiet/Prayer time, workout, work on content for program at work, work, reading and studying tonight.
Action: To stay focused, productive, and moving in the direction God is leading.
Highlight of the Day: Learning, growing, and transforming.
Quote/Thoughts: "Real knowledge is to know... the extent of one's ignorance" -Confucius

Quote/Thoughts:
PASSION
NOT commitment to excellence... rather, utter disdain for anything less!
NOT endless hours of practice... instead, PERFECT practice!
NOT ability to cope... rather, total domination of EVERY situation in life!
NOT setting goals... goals too often prescribe performance limits!
NOT doing what it takes to win... instead, a burning commitment to do what has never been done, or will ever happen again!
NOT need to achieve... instead, doing what it takes to EXCEED the bounds of mere convention!
NOT force of skill or muscle... rather, it’s the explosive, irresistible force of WILL!
Fitness: The Eva! BOMBED this. I only got 3 rounds. BEAT me down. (then I found out I was late to work!)
Study: reading 7 Habits, Flight Plan,
Planning: Looking over my weekend, making sure I have everything in line!
Action: 1. Compile Principles in the Raw. 2. Write 1k words. 3. Finish site for Krysta. 4. Plan next 3 - 4 days. 5. Journal. 6. Edit Spark site content.
Exhausted. Will take a nap. Got up at 5 a.m. but way too beat. Then at 6 a.m. Was at gym by 7 a.m...and late for work. :(
Study: Reading my dream machine. Reading Bible. Reading 7 Habits and Flight plan.
Plan: Taking today to plan the week and get the general overview.
Action: Writing 1000 words. That's the minimum thing I need to do, the top 20%. After that, I need to edit a page on Spark, just one page.
Had a great night's rest last night. Slept long and hard. I still feel I need to write more, however. I feel driven to write. Getting into state of mind has been a bit of problem though. Focusing down.
Hey guys! I haven't been on the site much lately. I just wanted to stop by and tell everyone that about a week ago I completed my biggest life goal. Finally got hired as a polk county fire fighter. I'm obviously very excited and wanted to share. Thanks
Congratulations!
I am sure you are super EXCITED about getting hired as a Polk County Fire Fighter.
The question that remains is... what is your next goal on your list that you would like to accomplish... get on it!
