Fitness: CrossFit WOD in the AM:

21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:

Power clean (65#'s)
Sit-ups
Back extensions

Studied: Being authentic and acting on it, reading the Bible, As a Man Thinketh by: James Allen, Understanding Your Potential by: Myles Munroe, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by: Stephen Covey.

Plan: Quiet/Prayer time, workout, plan week, errands, reading and studying tonight.

Action: To stay focused, productive, and moving in the direction God is leading.

Highlight of the Day: Learning, growing, and transforming.

Quote/Thoughts: Thinking a positive thought or word will lead to an action, that we choose to express, and spark the process of having attitudes and beliefs that align with our spirit, soul, and body. Within that, establishing knew thoughts, allow us to draw on knew habits and from our habits we learn to respond in a positive action.

Fitness: Yesterdays CrossFit WOD in the AM:

30 Muscle-ups for time (cannot do the muscle-ups so did 120 pull-ups and 120 dips). It took me a little under 30 minutes.

Fitness: Active Rest Day

Studied: Being authentic and acting on it, reading the Bible, As a Man Thinketh by: James Allen, Understanding Your Potential by: Myles Munroe, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by: Stephen Covey.

Plan: Quiet/Prayer time, computer work, workout, errands, nutrition work, theme dinner w/ the girls, reading and studying tonight.

Action: To stay focused, productive, and moving in the direction God is leading.

Highlight of the Day: Learning, growing, and transforming.

Quote/Thoughts: Per a conversation last night and this quote I came across this morning: "'What is the use of a book', thought Alice, 'without pictures or conversations?'" -Lewis Carroll, I have come to realize that, what good are facts when they are not applicable and inner active tools that translate into the function of everyday life? For the most, I spew out data and facts in my writing and conversations, but very rarely engage or allow others to see that in fact I don't know (data and facts) everything and that life is about inner acting (pictures and conversations).

Hmm... I know what I need to work on.

FITNESS: KILLED me some 'Elizabeth'. Brutal, but my best performance yet. 16 minute Elizabeth. (Check out www.crossfit.com to use CrossFit as your Fitness strategy.

STUDY: Attentiveness. and Meher Baba before bed.

PLAN: I am almost at the point where meeting and educating through meeting (like my meeting with Jared today) is part of planning.

ACTION: Met with Jared to get the design for our books in order. Had random interaction with Ty Seddon today. (He's an awesome web developer.) But, this design for our books was big for me. Solid.

Hey hey hey beautiful ppl!!

Man, it's been WAY too long!
SO much has changed and transpired over the last few weeks, it's been an absolute joy! This morning after weighing etc. myself, realizing I've achieved my goal weight and am only 1% away from my BF goal, I simply HAD to share this on here!
I've lost 15 pounds and 9% BF over the last 8 months!!! Successfit and it's community played a HUGE role in my getting to this point, especially pushing through the beginning stages. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
Now I run at least 4 times a week, have a mini crossfit gym in my room and LOVE this new life!! With the positive "can do" attitude that has come with it, I look forward to applying all I've learnt, and still keep learning on the rest of my journey!

FITNESS: STill wrestling down a bit of sickenss and tiredness. In the spirit of Fasting Fitness to Focus, I am going to put this day's workout out of my mind and REALLY bear down to resist Resistance. It is rearing its ugly head, and I need to force myself to do the top TOP 20%, so, Fitness, please forgive me. I must Overcome.

STUDY: Hagakure: The Book of the Samurai, review the classics: 7 Habits and T&GR, and start E-Myth Enterprise.

PLAN: Planned my day while sitting at Beacon Starbucks. Solid. I am getting paid for working at home today. Solid.

ACTION: In short: write on SFit (done!), Set up CPI's donation buttons and donate page, Write 2,000 words, Study, Write out Financial Plan for the next 6 months to a year, Plan tomorrow.

P.S. I finished my first round of edits for the first edition of my new project, Principles in the Raw. Jason Northington and I have been brainstorming this awesome project. I am pumped that my part has been finished and put into place. Jason will have his done by the end of the day. Jared is working on the design for the books. Once we work through this initial booklet, we will formulate the system we use for all the rest of the issues. Keep an eye on www.principlesintheraw.com for updates.

7 Muscle-ups (which interprets into 21 negative pull-ups and 21 tricep dips)
21 Sumo-deadlift high-pull (65 #'s)
