Fitness: Started training for Gasparilla Marathon in February 2010 and ran 11 miles in AM.

Studied: Being authentic and acting on it, reading the Bible, As a Man Thinketh by: James Allen, Understanding Your Potential by: Myles Munroe, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by: Stephen Covey.

Plan: Quiet/Prayer time, run, writing (haven't done any writing in a bit and it felt so good to have time to do it this morning), nap, coffee w/ friends, reading and studying tonight.

Action: To stay focused, productive, and moving in the direction God is leading.

Highlight of the Day: Learning, growing, and transforming.

Quote/Thoughts: One does not learn to appreciate until what we have is threatened or taken away from us.

Fitness: Ran 12 miles and did CFit "Michael" in AM.

Studied: Being authentic and acting on it, reading the Bible, As a Man Thinketh by: James Allen, Understanding Your Potential by: Myles Munroe, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by: Stephen Covey.

Plan: Quiet/Prayer time, run, buy new running shoes, nap, coffee w/ friend, reading and studying tonight.

Action: To stay focused, productive, and moving in the direction God is leading.

Highlight of the Day: Learning, growing, and transforming.

Quote/Thoughts: Most have lost curiosity and the energy which is required to see clearly things as they are, without any distortion. Take children for instance, they watch and listen with a tremendous sense of curiosity and energy. They want to know what is going to happen, and wait excitedly to the very end. Before any form of distortion can be embedded in their minds, they ask questions to better understand without fear.

Quote/Thoughts: "Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion" –Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel

It’s not enough to have passion-our passions ought to be shared and without fear. Shared passion builds networks, and networks, in turn, help us pursue our dreams, through building a reputation, a community, a business, or a legacy.

Ok. Phew!

FITNESS: I made a mistake! I thought that yesterday was my rest day! So, I missed yesterday. And today is actually my rest day, so I am not working out. JEEZE!

STUDY: Reading through some RSS feeds on paradigm, paradigm shifts (both for Principles in the Raw), and surfing/business (don't ask,..yet.) Also wrapping up E-Myth Enterprise.

PLAN: Looking out over my weekend and meeting with Gold's on Saturday, so planning my terms.

ACTION: Writing. I have already written 1500 words. The number of words is really getting easier to write. So, now I am able to begin to focus on writing well! (Which is far more tough!)
