FITNESS: Rest day. Thank goodness, because my deltoids are SHOT. P.S. I have GOT to find a way to rehab my knees. I want to be able to do ALL the CrossFit workouts, full-scale, for 3 months straight. To do that, I need my knee up to par!

STUDY: Read over my vision/dream list, Walking with the Poor, 'The Law and You' by Bob Proctor

PLAN: Posted my schedule for next week already. Spending time now shifting my mindset on when to think about my days off as my "weekend". My time was better managed when I had a productive "Saturday" and restful "Sunday", no matter what day of the week it was. Right now, that means Tues and Wednesdays are my "weekend." That way, I wake up on Thursday in the productive, assertive state of mind that I used to on Mondays. This will take some getting used to, but I am adjusting well. The purpose is to stick to habits to accomplish my goals to feel successful!

ACTION: 1) Write, 2) e-mail necessary e-mails, 3) call Joe Pici, 4) outline next book, 5) plan time on Saturday

BRING IT, BABY.

September is Stepping-It-Up month. I have already stabilized, so I need to Step-It-Up, increase my performance and productivity, and really bear down to meet my preferred launch dates for my site.

MONTHLY GOALS:
FITNESS Goals: Increase my performance by 5% on all measurables (load weights, time performance, etc). So, I need to continue to record my performance measurables.

STUDY Goals: Listen to Audio 4 nights a week. Finish 'Walking With the Poor'. Read 2 chapters of the Bible daily. Create a Study List for the last Quarter of the Year.

PLAN Goals: Finish my Master Vision document. Plan my weeks. The last weekend of the month plan the last quarter's goals.

ACTION Goals: Projects: Put the finishing touches on the SuccessFit system. Host a successful Haiti dinner. Outline the chapters and each chapters' content of one new book. Transfer my personal website to a more usable platform. Write 30,000 words (that is either 30 articles @ 1,000 words, or 60 articles @ 500 words, or 15 articles @ 2,000 words.)

[Now, I break these 5 projects down into actionable steps and lay them over the rest of the month.]

So, welcome to Step-It-Up September!!
