NICE!!! I'm jealous....can't wait to get back and workout again!! Think my sister-in-law's shoes might fit me, so I can go running today. And my brother and I will do P90 tomorrow...it'll be great. The random pushups and squats I've been doing in the am aren't cutting it, lol =P.

Miss you girl and hope that you are enjoying your time away... don't beat yourself up even if you don't get to workout. Just do what you can with what you have and get back to it when you get back. :)

Fitness: CrossFit WOD in the AM and made it through 3 1/2 rounds:

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:

60 pound Thruster, 5 reps
60 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
60 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Studied: Being authentic and acting on it, reading the Bible, The Practice of the Presence of God by: Brother Lawrence, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by: Stephen Covey.

Plan: Quiet/Prayer time, workout, nap, reading and studying tonight.

Action: To stay focused, productive, and moving in the direction God is leading.

Highlight of the Day: Learning, pushing, and growing.

Quote/Thoughts: Whatever we put or allow into our spirit, soul, and body, we can expect for it to leave a lasting embedded impression on our lives. Just like like consuming a diet high in saturated fat tends to stick to the lining of the artery walls, leaving deposits that over time build up and cause mayhem in the body.

What things do we continue to bombard us and effect us in the negative that we need to let go of and move on from?

What things in the past or present do we continue to let affect our lives that are not healthy?

Look inside and make changes for the better... you are worth it!

Plan: Quiet/Prayer time, workout, work, Haiti Dinner Fundraiser, reading and studying tonight.

Alright. Honesty time.

Having a tough week this week. Chicago was great, but ate some food that my body has not had in almost 2 months. As a result feeling really sluggish, unmotivated, and tired. Then I feel discouraged. Feeling tired and discouraged makes me want to eat. Which repeats the aforementioned cycle =/. Ahhh.

Have eaten much better the last 2 days, but still not to the level I desire. Need to get some sleep, drink lots of water, and get my body back to normal.

Did "Helen" this am, and struggled through it. Sore from yesterday's 7 mile run, but that's no excuse. Wanted to quit the WOD halfway though the first round! Toughed it out and finished though so that's good.

Mostly just feel like I'm in slow motion. Fell asleep several times on the highway on the way to USF today. Turned the wrong way down a divided road in Tampa. Had an entire day yesterday to study before going to work at 5pm - got NO studying done. Sheesh....what's going on?!

Guess these times just come and go? It's at times like this when I hope that all these habits I've worked so hard to develop will carry me through.....

HA! They already ARE carrying you though! Look, you did Helen despite feeling like SHEEEAht! Tough, hurting, and so on, but you are pushing through the pain.

BRING IT, GIRL! Fight HARD! Fran. Today. KILL IT. Post time, good, bad or otherwise!
