Tell us about yourself generally... What do you do? Where did you come from? Etc.: I am originally from south Georgia. I moved to Lakeland in 2007 to accept a position at a local college. I am an educator, researcher and coach in the human performance/sports medicine and public health industries. What I enjoy most in life is spending time with my close friends and family.

What are a few of your Life Goals (Ex. fitness, career, educational, etc.)?: Fitness: Big Picture - maintain a level of health and fitness so that I can perform at a high level now, keep up with the peewees as a future parent and coach, and perform daily activities in my later years - which I feel is more of a duty to God and my family than a goal. Objective - doing something active everyday.

Career: To service the public in bridging the gap between research and application.

Educational: To continue to learn and seek knowledge. I have found that the more I learn the more I realize I don't know. Complete a Ph.D.

Do you have a desired Health, Fitness, of Physique Goal? If so Please specify...: Run a sub 50s 400m. Climb Kilimanjaro. Small daily goals.

Are you currently using a specific program, routine or system that you are following to work on your Fitness Goals? (Ex. Body for Life, Crossfit, Jenny Craig, P90x, etc.): No specifc product or program.
