hey! Several things!
First, watch the videos on the home page to get a general idea of how SuccessFit operates.
Second, connect with Elizabeth Carpenter. She is a nutritionist and fitness trainer. Tell her I sent you. Ask her about post-pregnancy fitness, or even fitness/nutrition DURING pregnancy. Then, anything you guys find or discuss, I would ask that you PLEASE post it in a new Forum Topic. I am ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE that others could benefit from the information you will find!

Tell us about yourself generally... What do you do? Where did you come from? Etc.
I grew up just west of Philadelphia and spent most of my adult years trying to find a way out of PA.. I didn't finish college for 2 reasons... one, I couldn't really decide what I wanted to do with my life, and two, the money was an obstacle. At 25 I joined the military and it's the best decision I ever made... I met my husband and now we're expecting our first baby. I haven't lived in PA for over two years now and I couldn't be happier! I do like to go back for visits every now and then, there are still some good people up there.
What are a few of your Life Goals (Ex. fitness, career, educational, etc.)?
For starters, I'm going to need to get back in shape after this baby comes. I'm not allowed to run or do push-ups or sit ups like I am used to for staying within the Air Force Fitness standards, and I'm worried about the process of getting back to where I was... I am also considering going back to school, but still not sure what for, possibly culinary arts. I'd like to stay in the Air Force, instead of opting out when the baby comes, to help provide him a more secure future. I'm worried about how we'll accomplish that with both of us working opposite 12 hours shifts...
Do you have a desired Health, Fitness, of Physique Goal? If so Please specify...
yes! I want to be able to pass my Air Force fitness tests within 6 months after our little boy comes
Are you currently using a specific program, routine or system that you are following to work on your Fitness Goals? (Ex. Body for Life, Crossfit, Jenny Craig, P90x, etc.)
no, I'm still not sure what I'm allowed to do, so i just walk or go use an ellyptical machine.
