Mr. Lindsey,

Just thought I would check in and see how you are doing with everything. I am sure you are busy and are finding time when you can to workout and stick to a healthier eating plan. I hope that things are well and that you enjoy a nice weekend!

Mr. Lindsey,

How are you doing these days and have been able to incorporate your workouts in to your already busy schedule or are you still working on it? Remember, even if you only have time to workout three days a week, that is much better than not doing any workouts at all. Plus, making sure you eat a healthy diet is just as important as finding time to workout.

I hope that you are doing well in all things and take care!

Mr. Lindsey,

So how was your week this past week... were you able to incorporate a more solid workout routine into your week or has it still been hit and miss for you? Regardless, hang in there and know that each new day allows for another opportunity to participate in an activity that benefits your overall health!

My guide to Goal Setting
Conceivable: you must be able to put your goal into words;
Achievable: you must have the attributes, energy, and time to accomplish your goal;
Believable: you must believe you can reach your goal;
Achievable within a certain time frame: how long it will take you to reach your goal?
Clearly defined: you must know exactly what your goal is;
Flexible: you must be willing to modify your goal as necessary;

General Goals:
Fitness: My goal is to have the energy and strength to accomplish daily tasks and have a reserve available for emergencies. I include as a daily task a conditioning/strength building program. The emergency reserve is measured by the level of fitness I can achieve.

Education: Read, read and read more – then synthesize into usable information. Areas of interest includes financial investment programs, psychology related material, religion, and writing skills.
