I do not know if you have had a chance to see the videos at all, but they start to lay a foundation on the framework of how we are using the site.
A) Post daily on the main page in the center-top that reads 'Post Daily Habits Here'. Read the other posts for a model, but you post a Fitness update, a Study update, a Planning Update, and an Action update. We are using it as a community accountability tool to be sure that we are on task, but also to encourage and be encouraged, help and be helped, and do what a community should be doing!
B) Always watch for the videos, though you know most of the stuff. But just treat it like a refresher!
C) Have a rockin' day!

Tell us about yourself generally... What do you do? Where did you come from? Etc.
I came from Kansas City Missouri and went to College in Lakeland at Florida Southern. I made a lot of amazing friends since then. I'm into business, finance and investments. My primary job is advising clients on how to position their investment dollars in a superior, secure way through my businesses. I really enjoy quality time with my friends and family and engaging in deep, philosophical conversations about life and how to life an effective one. I've taken up bowling and Texas Hold Em as fun activities as of late.
What are a few of your Life Goals (Ex. fitness, career, educational, etc.)?
I'd like to be extremely fit, experience joy, live inside of God's will, give lots of money away, train leaders in God's kingdom, help young men learn how to lead effectively in male/female relationships, help everyone I can improve their stewardship skills and I'd like to have a phenomenal understanding of God's word so I can apply it and teach it.
Do you have a desired Health, Fitness, of Physique Goal? If so Please specify...
If I really had a goal, I'd probably be in a much better place with my body - but I'll get there
Are you currently using a specific program, routine or system that you are following to work on your Fitness Goals? (Ex. Body for Life, Crossfit, Jenny Craig, P90x, etc.)
Yes, the "Zach Schlobohm" system. It's called "show up when you can and try to work hard while your there". I could use a lot of help in this area!
